if your wondering what KiSS is then i shall tell you (this is my understanding of it!!!)

KiSS was a game maker made only for making dress up games in the late 90's it has been around for a while and it is pretty cool it was made in japan and later came to america OtakuWorld is the best place to get more info about it This Kisekae set is believed to be abandonware tho
