Kind of an extension of my Felicity Dress Up from last year, but this time you can make your own characters! Might add more later, but for now I've been working on-&-off on this for 8 months, and I'm calling it complete.

Takes inspiration from fashion I found on pinterest, some vampiric references, and of course my own designing!
