Rescued from my WIPs folder and lovingly worked on, this was my perfect excuse to indulge in drawing all the frills, hearts, and flowers I wanted. With Valentine's Day just around the corner, it felt like too good of an opportunity to pass up. I put a lot of effort into it, and I'm really happy with the final result~ hope you like it too! :D
