Dunno how to fix em, but there are problems with matching the skin tones after the random button is pushed, this can be fixed by selecting the other skin tone option and then going back to the one you originally wanted. ^^ Chests are removable for boy and nonbinary characters, or just flat chested characters lol, and you can remove one of the arms if you'd like an amputee :>
