Scummy Wally

Scummy Wally runs the only (affordable) bar between the Underworld and the Mythical Crossroads. It is where the lowly dead sinners and the less prestigious mythical beings can meet for shady dealings, cheap drinks, a casual hookup, or just a less uptight bar (as most are between realms). It has expanded to cover a street market and some halfway realm slum apartments that Scummy Wally now rents out.
