Recently, the figure of a "Masked Woman" has been appearing outside the speakeasies and other "shady" parts of New York City. It has been classified as US-NY-051123 in accordance with the new naming conventions. I believe it to be a juvenile form of NA-NE-1, due to its apparent struggle to accurately portray the human face.
