Burub the half-orc was raised by cruel human foster parents in a barn. She learned a closeness to animals that she carried with her as a druid hermit. She eventually fell in love with a paladin. She moved to the city and opened a successful animal shelter/store/stable. She is kind, softspoken, patient, and socially awkward.
