This license establishes the terms and conditions for the use, modification, and distribution of the technology provided by meiker.io and all related files or folders. The following conditions must be observed for the use, modification, and distribution of downloaded software.
For the purposes of this license, "Meiker.io" refers collectively to the founders, developers, and contributors of meiker.io, as well as any other persons directly involved in the creation and maintenance of this software and the meiker.io platform.
This software may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it is used. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all content incorporated into their games. Meiker.io is not responsible for any actions, consequences, or liabilities arising from the unlawful use of this software or from content supplied by users.
Purchasing the Download Game feature grants the licensee a license to host, distribute, and commercially use the generated game outside the Meiker.io platform, subject to the terms of this license. This license permits the software to be used for personal, educational, commercial, and non-commercial purposes. This license applies only to the generated software and does not transfer ownership of the Meiker.io engine, runtime, or underlying technology.
Except as expressly permitted by Meiker.io, the software and related files may not be modified, adapted, altered, reverse engineered, decompiled, or redistributed in modified form without prior written authorization from Meiker.io. Licensees may integrate the software into their own websites or applications and may add advertising, analytics, or similar third-party services, provided that doing so does not otherwise modify the software or violate the terms of this license.
Meiker.io strives to provide reliable software and a positive experience for creators. If you encounter a technical issue relating to software generated through the platform, we encourage you to contact us. Whitelabel licenses include priority support. All other license tiers receive support on a reasonable-effort basis. While we will do our best to assist, response times and the level of assistance may vary.
Meiker.io makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable software and services. However, software is inherently complex and is provided "as is" and "as available," and we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or compatible with every environment or use case. If you believe the software you received is materially defective or does not substantially function as described, please contact Meiker.io within 30 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the software is determined to be materially defective and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution, we will provide a refund.
Because the Download Game feature provides immediate access to downloadable digital software, purchases are generally non-refundable once the software has been generated or made available for download. The exception is where the software is materially defective as described in the Warranty section above and the issue is reported within the applicable 30-day warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meiker.io, its owners, developers, contributors, commercial partners, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other commercial damages arising from the use of, distribution of, or inability to use this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in British Columbia, Canada.
