Notes (Herschel Kaiser): There is no doubt in my mind that this is Hunter. I could never forget those eerie, clear blue eyes. It is as if they see into one's soul. Adding to that, the dates line up, and I can see the scar across the bridge of his nose. This is further evidence linking him to the great fire of site UK-B-6, among other extranormal occurrences in the area around that time. I must say, I am quite anxious for this man to get the justice he deserves...
